Canadore Panthers Fall in Close Match up vs. Conestoga

North Bay, ON – The Canadore Panthers put forth a gutsy performance against Conestoga, despite a 77-68 defeat at home.

Canadore started strong, trailing Conestoga by only six points at halftime, with an impressive second quarter that saw them outscore their opponents 20-17. The Panthers' offense was fueled by standout performances from players like Ty Huxtable and Thomas Gowland. Huxtable led the scoring for Canadore with 14 points, while Gowland added 15 points and 8 rebounds.

The team was resilient, particularly in the third quarter, where they scored 21 points and displayed a robust defensive effort. The Panthers managed to convert on 36.6% of their field goals and excelled from the free-throw line, hitting 62.5% of their attempts.
